Costume Mood Board
I thought before making my final decisions about the costumes I want my main character to be wearing I thought some research was in order. I decide the best way to do so was to look though and cut up some magazine to get an idea of the colours and styles I want for my costume.
Pattern Costume Ideas
I thought due to my teaser trailers unique theme I wanted to try experimenting with clothing with vibrant patterns. Although I find these costume ideas appealing I feel that they might over shadow the character and the location which was the main idea I was going for.
Black and Dark Themed Colour Costumes
I thought about trying colours that are a bit darker, colours like dark blue and navy. This was to see if the darker colours would prevent the overshadowing of my character and the rest of the clip the reason this worries me is because my shots I have planned are to be rather fast and if the costumes were to bright this would distract from what’s happening, so darker and planer colours are a must
Feminine Costume Ideas
I wanted to show my characters personality though a very soft feminine costume but I have reached the same problem as before, the colour and pattern are overbearing with the other colours in the locations.

This is my favourite set because it incorporates all of the ideas I gained from the previous ideas, the darker colours make it less distracting but it all has the pattern’s and the feminine flow to the costumes that I was after. This has made me come to the conclusion I will be looking for a floral blouse for a part of my costume with perhaps dark bottoms and dark vest underneath to tone down the costume if the shirt is to light or patterned.

My Viral Marketing campaign Ideas
· From my research the most influential word in viral marketing is free. People are always willing to take something for nothing. So if the consumer say has to sign up to my website to get I free poster download or see a longer directors cut of the trailer, I would then have their email address that I can send email to then about more upcoming film websites to by merchandise etc. once the wheel is in motion the process becomes even easier, the more emails you have the quicker your advertisement gets round.
My advertisement must be easier to remember and relay e-mail, website, graphic, software download. Viral marketing works famously on the Internet because instant communication has become so easy and inexpensive. Digital format make copying simple. Eye-catching titles images also make the information attractive and memorable and make it into an interesting topic for talk.
People want to feel a part of something, to have their say and be popular and understood be others. That’s why things like forums are popular so a film forum is a good way to promote a up and coming film. people can then discuss what they expect to see, what they want and their opinions this makes good viral marketing but not only that, I would then be able to see what the consumer wants from my production. This information help to build its popularity and help it progress.
By using existing communication networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, My space we then can create a chain so no matter what people network is being used everyone is getting reached. I want to concentrate on setting up a face book page for my production company so I can get feedback.
